For as long as I can remember, I have immersed myself in the world of fitness and wellness. An avid sports player as a child and teen led me to joining my first gym at the age of 13, and I haven't looked back since. I've spent over 3 decades in the fitness industry, acquiring endless knowledge in pursuit of my passion, while also remaining an athlete who competes and strives to continuously make both brain and body gains.

I've guided many others on their own personal wellness journeys and there is nothing I feel more strongly about than sharing my knowledge and process, in order to help someone else better theirs.

​

I've also lived a lot of life in my 45 years, and keep it real when it comes to the challenges that people get stuck on. I bare it all--emotionally, spiritually, and physically--in hopes that my clients, followers, friends and family can learn from my path.
