Let's face it... cardio can be a drag. While I am firm believer that it is 100% necessary as part of your workout routine, you don't have to spend an hour on a treadmill or elliptical to get it in.

Instead, grab one of the 25 conditioning workouts I've provided, using your bodies and weights, and make cardio exciting again.

WHAT'S NEEDED

Equipment varies per workout, so nothing is absolutely necessary outside of dumbbells and kettlebells. Some workouts require barbells + plates, boxes, assault bikes, rowers, ski ergs, resistance bands, a wall balls or slam balls. Can be performed at a gym or home. 

​

This is not a program. It is a book of workouts to use on any day as a replacement to cardio. You do not have to go in order or use a particular number of them each week. It is a resource of fun, heart-pumping sessions.
