This program offers challenging and fun fast-paced exercises, leaving you stronger and a more well-rounded athlete.


It's suited for all fitness levels, from newbies to fitness pros, and combines functional training with resistance work, for an all-over build and burn.


This program requires access to a gym and functional equipment


30 days, split into Push, Pull, and specifically targeted muscle group days, all of which have conditioning portions built directly into the sets.
