MEET YOUR COACH
Hi! My name is Jen and I'm a 43 year-old mother
of three amazing girls, a fitness instructor, personal trainer and nutrition and wellness coach. I love outdoor adventures, staying active, a really good pen, science, and buying more books than I can read. I'm especially passionate about positive mindset, optimal brain function, health as a whole, spirituality, and guiding our youth down a kick-ass journey of healthy habits, positive self-worth and lots of movement. I'm also a busy mom of 3, so I understand the importance of making time for yourself, and I give you ways to do that.
Oh, and I love to lift big, eat well and give it all I have, day after day.
