Homework is a 6-week program that requires minimal equipment and can be done right at home.
This program is far from "simple" or "easy." Each "class" or day is comprised of multiple sets, rounds and circuits that focus on a particular body part or muscle group.
You'll need grit and stamina, as you preform muscle-building and fat-burning exercises. There are even "exam" days, at the end of the weeks, to test how far you've progressed along in the program.
