1:1 NUTRITION COACHING

Coaching package includes:

- Customized plan/macro setting after consultation

- Adjustments made according to your goals

- Weekly check-ins

- Monitoring of macro tracking

- Better habits

- A better understanding of food

- Educational resources

- Meal prep ideas, grocery lists

- Vitamin/supplementation suggestions

- Accountability

 

The cost is $225 for 6 weeks of coaching, including everything mentioned above.

After the 6 weeks, if you feel as though you need to continue on, there are two packages to choose from:

​

$75/month for weekly check-ins to monitor and adjust your macros

or

$125/month for macro monitoring, meal plan ideas + grocery lists.

I am someone who has been through IT ALL, when it comes to nutrition and training. I've not only done years (YEARS) of personal research for myself, but hold 3 nutrition certifications. So while I can absolutely speak to you anecdotally, as a long-time experienced human in the world of nutrition, I also can provide you the tools necessary to make it work for you.

Starve myself

Restrict myself

Weigh myself daily

Have guilt over eating food
