Recess is a 4-week kids workout program that requires minimal equipment and can be done right at home.
Each workout in this program is set to a theme within the five categories: Aerobic, Physical Fitness, Pyramid, Obstacle Course, and Fun/Game Day, for five days of workouts and two rest days each week.
The workouts total 25-30 minutes each, and are created for your kiddos to have FUN.
This program is great for pre-teen and younger. Teens would do well with my HOMEWORK program.
