3-DAY FULL BODY

Soldier is our three-day total body program series.

Each of the three sessions start with an upper and lower compound movement combined in a compound set.  This is by no means the “beginner” program of the series.

By combining squat and overhead press on day 1, deadlift and bench press on day 2, and front squats with med ball slams on day 3, it’s going to take a strong and powerful motor with some gas to get it done.

The specific split is as follows:

Day 1: Squat and Overhead Press/ quads, shoulders, lats

Day 2: Deadlift and Bench/ hamstrings, chest, row

Day 3: Front Squats and Upper Body Plyo/ arms

The strategy of this program is to get as much work done as possible in just three days a week.

All three workouts include both upper and lower body movements in both the strength and conditioning portions. Your conditioning routines will include circuits, AMRAPS, EMOMs and Ladders, targeting the entire body.
