The 5-day program consists of 4 lifting days (2 upper and 2 lower), and 1 conditioning day.

The focus of this program is to gain muscle while keeping your cardiovascular and metabolic conditioning up.

​

It does require a gym (or a home gym, as long as you have a cable pulldown machine, a barbell, a bench, slam balls, a rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, a leg press machine, and something to step on).
