Body Fat analysis (BioSig 12-pt caliper readings) at beginning and end of 3-month program + Nutrition Plan, including macro counting, tracking and accommodating to various diet preferences.
Weekly guided meditations, recorded, so that you can access them at your convenience.
IN-PERSON GROUP SESSIONS
10 group sessions taught by Jen. Sessions will take place at Jen's gym in Johnston or at The Top Strength Project in Pawtucket.
3 monthly seminars with pro-Powerlifter and pro-Strongman, Steve Tripp, on proper form and technique for squat, deadlift and bench.
