Welcome to the Avatar Series! The ultimate combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning.

The Avatar Series is a program library consisting of three 

4-month/phase training templates that combine progressive overload strength training with metabolic conditioning. If you’re looking to build REAL strength in the compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press) while increasing your work capacity, you’ve come to the right place. If you’re also looking to build muscle endurance, improve your conditioning, improve your compound lifts and work your ass off, you’re DEFINITELY in the right place.

The 3 four-month programs available:

SOLDIER: 3-Day Full-Body

WARRIOR: 4-Day Body Split

SLAYER: 5-Day Body Split

WHAT'S INCLUDED

In EACH of the programs above, there are 4 monthly phases, which vary in reps, sets and training maxes (depending on how well you performed in the previous phase), as well as varied conditioning routines. In other words, I will set the weekly weights for you in your compound lifts, based on an initial training max assessment, and "peak week" performances in each phase. 

 

After choosing one of the three programs, you'll be asked to test all four of the compound lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Overhead Press.

 

I ask that you work up to a comfortable “1 rep max” for each of these lifts.  It doesn’t have to be a tooth-chipping bone-crushing PR; but getting a solid gauge of what your heaviest quality rep is for each movement is necessary for the program.  After completing that max, I ask you to cut the weight to 80% and attempt 8 reps. These are your starting points for phase 1 of whichever program you purchased, and what I gauge the strength portion off of. (All of this will be further explained in detail in the e-books.)

You'll receive a link to a Private Facebook group, where you have access to me at any time, and to the community of other gym-goers training with the same programs.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

These programs require a gym.

If you have a home gym, you'll need a squat rack, barbells, plates, benches, boxes, dumbbells and kettlebells.
